30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kleos Slim Radiance Wrap, we offer a no-strings-attached 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be new and unused, with all tags and packaging intact, ensuring full product integrity and sanitary compliance. For the health and safety of all our customers, we maintain strict sanitary standards. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be subject to a partial refund.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Items must arrive at our U.S. warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping company.
Non-Refundable Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that cannot be delivered are not eligible for a refund.
- We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are with the carrier.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, minus any non-refundable costs.
Expedited processing, shipping, and insurance costs are not refundable.
Customer Remorse
If you wish to return an item due to purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind, or for an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Warranty
Kleos Slim Radiance Wrap products come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty covering malfunctions and manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, theft, or accidental damage. For warranty inquiries, contact us at officialkleosco@gmail.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Damages and Incorrect Products on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at officialkleosco@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos or videos of the product and packaging. We are committed to resolving such issues with a replacement or full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return, contact us at officialkleosco@gmail.com. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval. Returns not following our protocol will not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders not yet shipped can be canceled and fully refunded. Once an item is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. For items delivered but unwanted, a full refund for unused items is possible within the 30-day window.
