We ask you to give 3AM Reset a fair try for up to 90 days. If you don't experience a noticeable improvement—if you're not sleeping more soundly through the night and waking up more refreshed—we will provide a full refund of your purchase price.
How It Works (The "Fair Play" Policy):
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, simply email our customer care team at support@officialkleos.com within 90 days of your purchase. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping address.
- Return the Product: Please send back the bottle(s) from your order. It's okay if one of the bottles is empty or partially used—we want you to have given it a real try!
- Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received at our facility, we will promptly issue a full refund of the product purchase price to your original method of payment.
This "fair play" approach allows you to try the product thoroughly while ensuring the guarantee is applied as intended.
Policy Details & Clarifications
- Multi-Bottle Orders: Our 90-Night Promise covers one opened bottle per product. We are happy to provide a full refund for one opened/used bottle and any additional sealed, unopened bottles from the same order. This allows you to stock up and save, while still trying the product risk-free.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a service with tracking to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees paid at the time of your order are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@officialkleos.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right by sending a replacement at no cost to you.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process a full cancellation and refund. Once an order is with the carrier, it cannot be canceled but is still covered by our guarantee.
