Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, order value, and available shipping method.

Shipping fees generally range from $2.80 to $9.90+, depending on your destination.

Orders over $85 qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours after your order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected fulfillment delays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Potential Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery window, some orders may experience delays due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s laws and regulations.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Kleos is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any customs-related charges applied by your country.

We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kleos is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Kleos is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

However, we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier whenever possible.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, your building mailroom, front desk, local post office, or delivery carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

Returned packages are not automatically considered eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined according to our Refund Policy.
