Kleos 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy

At Kleos, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. That’s why we back our products with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you try our products and are not completely satisfied with your results, we will gladly issue a refund of your product purchase price.

Our Guarantee: Simple & Fair

We ask that you give our products a fair try. If you do not experience a noticeable improvement or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date.

How It Works:

  1. Request an RMA: To initiate a return, you must email our customer care team at danny@officialkleos.com within 90 days of purchase. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address. Please do not send returns to our corporate address without an RMA, as they cannot be processed there.

  2. Return the Product: Send back the product container(s) from your order. For multi-bottle or multi-item orders, our guarantee covers one opened/used container and any remaining additional items in clean, sealed, and unopened condition.

  3. Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and verified at our facility, we will promptly process a full refund of the product purchase price back to your original method of payment.

Tightly Dialed Policy Details & Fine Print

Subscription & Recurring Orders

Our 90-day guarantee applies strictly to the first-time purchase of a product or the initial order of a subscription. Subsequent recurring subscription orders are not eligible for the 90-day guarantee. If you wish to cancel or modify a subscription, you must do so before your next order processes.

Return Shipping & Tracking

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Kleos is not responsible for, and cannot issue refunds for, returns that are lost in transit or misdelivered by the carrier.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping fees, priority processing fees, and customs/duties paid at the time of your order are strictly non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns

Any packages returned to sender, refused at delivery, or sent back without a pre-approved RMA number from our customer care team are subject to a 15% restocking fee or may be ineligible for a refund entirely.

Refund Processing Time

Once processed, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to clear and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at danny@officialkleos.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at danny@officialkleos.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We will fast-track a replacement to you at absolutely no additional cost.

Policy Abuse

Kleos reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse refunds or returns to anyone if we detect a pattern of policy abuse, fraudulent activity, or unfair play.
